The Institute for Geriatric Social Work offers flexible online training programs for busy social workers, case managers, and other social service or health care professionals. IGSW also offers an online Certificate in Aging program which is designed for busy professionals who want to develop a core foundation of knowledge and skills in aging while demonstrating expertise in a growing field. This website also provides information for IGSW's new online course, Aging in Place. This interactive, self-paced course offers strategies to promote aging in place as well as an introduction to the issues surrounding the housing and health needs of older adults.
